Fabricated from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium, the covers are built to withstand the harsh, wet conditions common in washplant environments. Each cover is custom-built to suit the specific size and layout of your screen bowl, ensuring a secure and practical fit without compromising access for inspections or servicing.

General Specifications

Constructed from aluminium to reduce weight and improve manual handling.
Fitted with a sacrificial poly section around the shaft to prevent guard damage in the event of a bearing failure.
Painted in safety yellow, with black inspection doors to improve visibility during visual inspections.
Equipped with large, hinged inspection hatches, allowing easier access for belt tension checks without needing to remove the entire guard.
Includes all required safety signage.
Supplied with necessary fasteners.
