The Air Filter Access Platform is a purpose-built maintenance solution designed to provide safe and efficient access to CAT 793 air filter systems during inspection, removal, installation, and servicing activities. Engineered for demanding mining and industrial environments, the platform improves operator safety while streamlining routine maintenance tasks associated with large and heavy air filtration components.
The platform incorporates an integrated air hoist-operated lift basket, allowing air filters to be safely raised and lowered between ground level and the working platform. This significantly reduces manual handling requirements, minimises lifting risks, and improves overall maintenance efficiency. The lift basket is rated to a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 100kg, making it suitable for a wide range of filter handling applications.
A spacious main working platform provides operators with a stable and secure work area, allowing maintenance tasks to be performed safely and effectively. The platform is certified to a 250kg Working Load Limit (WLL), accommodating personnel, tools, and equipment required for servicing operations.
For enhanced operator protection, the platform is fitted with inward-facing self-closing safety gates. These gates automatically return to the closed position after entry or exit, helping maintain a secure working environment and reducing the risk of falls while working at height.
