The 1800mm High Washdown Bay Platform is a purpose-built access solution designed to provide safe and efficient access for cleaning, washdown, inspection, and maintenance activities. Constructed to withstand demanding industrial and mining environments, the platform offers a stable and secure working area while helping to reduce the risks associated with working at height in wet conditions.
Designed with operator safety and ease of use in mind, the platform incorporates non-slip stair treads and a non-slip working surface to provide enhanced traction and stability during washdown operations. Greaseable self-closing safety gates ensure secure access and help maintain a protected work area, while integrated hose holders on both sides of the platform allow hoses to be managed safely without obstructing stairways or access points.
The platform is fitted with foam-filled rubber tyres, providing excellent mobility around site while eliminating the risk of punctures and reducing maintenance requirements. This allows the platform to be easily relocated between work areas while maintaining durability in harsh operating conditions.
Engineered and certified to meet industry requirements, the platform is RPEQ Certified, providing confidence in its structural integrity, safety, and compliance for ongoing site operations.
