The platform is fitted with a Milwaukee battery-operated hydraulic ram, providing smooth, controlled, and reliable height adjustment without the need for external power sources. Platform elevation is operated via a pendant control system, allowing personnel to safely raise and lower the work platform with precision while maintaining full control throughout the operation. The battery-powered system offers excellent portability and convenience for use across a variety of site locations.
To maximise access flexibility, the platform incorporates a slide-out deck that allows operators to safely reach work areas beyond the footprint of the main platform. The slide-out section operates on beam trolley wheels, providing smooth movement and reliable performance in harsh operating environments. Multiple locking positions at 100mm intervals enable the deck to be positioned precisely where required, while a spring bolt locking mechanism securely retains the deck in the selected position during use.
The working height is adjustable from 3.0 metres to 4.0 metres, making the platform suitable for a wide range of maintenance and inspection applications. Once the desired height has been reached, a positive locking pin system secures the platform and prevents unintended movement, providing an additional level of safety for personnel working at height.
For enhanced stability, the platform is fitted with extendable jacking legs that allow operators to level and secure the unit before use. A boom gate entry system provides safe access to the work area while maintaining fall protection and compliance with site safety requirements.
