The 797 Front Corner Rotation Frame has been specifically designed to provide a safe and controlled method for rotating a front corner assembly between vertical and horizontal positions. By allowing the component to be securely supported within the frame throughout the rotation process, the need for personnel to be in close proximity during lifting and positioning operations is significantly reduced, improving overall safety and operational efficiency.
The assembly is fitted with removable spigots that mount directly to the hub at the 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock positions prior to handling. These spigots engage with slotted guide channels integrated into either side of the cradle, enabling the front corner to be safely and accurately rotated into position. Once maintenance activities are complete, the process can be reversed to return the component to its upright position in a controlled manner.
Designed for workshop and field maintenance environments, the frame incorporates both forklift pockets and certified crane lifting points, allowing for easy transportation and positioning around site. A non-slip mesh working surface is also incorporated into the design, providing secure footing and improved operator safety when accessing and handling the assembly.
